  1. Thanks for doing the podcast, Susan. Can I encourage you to keep it a bit shorter and stay on topic more consistently? The chit chat with a partner on the mic does not really benefit. You get lost so often, that it’s painful at times to keep listening to the show. Please make it short and precise.
